We are the proud new owners of a flute! We have been collecting labels with Labels for Education, a program through Campbells Soup. We accumulated 29,500 in order to have enough. Now that's a lot of soup! It took a long time but we are so thrilled.
The community of Hall came into being with the Northern Pacific Railroad in 1892.The railroad acquired a right-of-way from Henry Hall and built a spur from Drummond to Philipsburg. Hall was originally called Hall's Crossing. Although the railroad no longer operates, the small community remains.
The first Hall School was built in 1896 at Ray Heady's property east of Hall. Our current brick building was built in 1934 at the only intersection in "town". We are a small rural school with kindergarten through eighth grade. The grades are divided into two classes. The Lower Room has grades K-4 and the Upper Room is made up of grades 5-8.
